"How to" Instructions
  1. Click on Available Videos.
  2. Then click on a Topic Category.
  3. Scroll down to see the topics.
  4. Click on any video to sample it for yourself.
  5. To activate, click the switch in the upper right corner to “Add”.
  6. It will instantly transfer to your My Videos display.
  1. Click on User Profile in the Left Side Column.
  2. Add or Change Your Contact Information.
  3. Click on Browse below Your Photo Image to locate the photo you want from your computer.
  4. Click on the file to transfer it into your dashboard, and edit if necessary.
  5. Next, type in a brief description of your business.
  6. Then type in any Compliance or Disclosure statement you want to include.
  7. Click Save, and then Check one of your video web pages for results.
  8. Repeat if necessary until it is just the way you want it.
  1. Select a Video, and Click on Use This Video.
  2. Scroll down to the Email section.
  3. Click on Copy with Image (recommended) in upper right corner.
  4. Open your email browser or any email message template.
  5. Right click your cursor, and click Paste to display the entire message.
  6. Click on any corner of the video image to highlight corner boxes.
  7. To adjust size of the video image, click on and hold any corner box to drag it in or out.
  8. Copy and Paste the Subject line from the dashboard into subject line field, and add your name.
  9. Click Send.
  1. Login to your dashboard from any cellular phone with a data connection.
  2. Select a Video, and Click on the video page URL.
  3. Click on the 3 vertical dots in the upper right corner for drop down menu.
  4. Scroll down menu to Share, and click on it.
  5. Find your Text Message app, and click on it.
  6. Select one recipient or several, and click Done.
  1. Select a Video, and Click on Use This Video.
  2. Scroll down to Email Subject Line.
  3. Open your CRM or Email Database application.
  4. Create or Open the message template you want to use.
  5. We recommend that the template include your email signature with your photo image.
  6. Right click your cursor, and click Paste to display the entire message.
  7. Click on any corner of image to highlight corner boxes.
  8. Drag one corner box in or out to adjust size of video image.
  9. Copy and Paste the Subject line into subject line field, and add your name.
  10. Create 52 of these messages using either 13 or 26 different videos.
  11. Then schedule each message to go out automatically to everyone in your database each week.
  12. Schedule these messages to go out on the same day and at the same time each week.
  13. You can reuse the same 13 messages four times for a total of 52 weeks (one year).
  14. Or you can reuse the same 26 messages two times for a total of 52 weeks (one year).
  15. Set it to run automatically, and repeat the process every year.
  1. Select a Video, and Click on Use This Video.
  2. Scroll down to the Social Media section.
  3. Click on the button for Twitter, FAcebook, or LinkedIn.
  4. This will open a video post for your network.
  5. Click Post to publish.
  1. Select a Video, and Click on Use This Video.
  2. Scroll down to YouTube Teaser Video.
  3. Click on the link to download the video file to your computer.
  4. Then login to your YouTube channel and click on camera icon in the upper right corner.
  5. Click on Upload a Video, and then File to Upload.
  6. Locate the video file on your computer, and click to upload.
  7. Next, add a link at the end of the teaser video to redirect the viewer to your full video web page.
  8. Click “Edit Annotations” on the top toolbar.
  9. Drag the video slider to the point in the video where you want the link to appear.
  10. Click the “Add Annotation” menu and select “Spotlight” annotations.
  11. Drag and drop the annotation box to the center of the video screen.
  12. Enter the words “Click Here to Watch the Entire Video”.
  13. Click the “Link” checkbox, and select the URL link option.
  14. Enter your WebPrez video page link (from your dashboard) in the input box below the menu.
  15. Click the “Publish” button at the top right corner of the screen.
  16. Finally, check your video to be sure the button displays and works correctly.

IMPORTANT: YouTube does not display Annotations on its mobile version.

  1. In screen share mode, activate Share Computer Sound.
  2. Open your dashboard, and Select a Video.
  3. Click on Use This Video.
  4. Scroll down to Screen Share.
  5. Then click on the Play Video button.

IMPORTANT: Not all screen share applications enable video file sound within all operating systems. Be sure to test the audio pass thru before actual presentation.

  1. Feature at least one video in both your invitations and confirmations.
  2. Select a Video, and scroll down to Seminar Invitations.
  3. Click to Copy the text into your digital advertisement or email messages…
  4. or added to your printed material.
  5. Then insert the video link into your slide deck to play during your event.
  6. You should also feature at least one video in each of your follow up messages.
  1. Select a Video, and Click on Use This Video.
  2. Scroll down to Video Embed Code.
  3. Choose the size by checking Responsive (for mobile display); Medium or Large.
  4. Click to Copy the one line of code, and insert it into the page on which you want it to display.
  1. Select a Video, and Click on Use This Video.
  2. Scroll down to Embed Code “Call to Action”.
  3. Click on the menu of options.
  4. Select “Show Contact Form” is you want the viewer response form to display.
  5. Select “Show Button” if you want to redirect the viewer to another web page.
  6. Select “Show Custom HTML” if you simply want text to display on the screen.
  7. Select “Don’t Show Anything” if you want the video to end without any redirection.
  1. Click on Billing in the Left Side Column.
  2. In the right side column you will find “How You Pay”.
  3. Enter your new payment information, and click Update to Save.
  1. Click on Billing in the Left Side Column.
  2. Click on Change My Plan or Cancel Subscription.
  3. Select your option, and click to proceed.
