Subscription Agreement
To use our videos, you must accept the following Subscription Agreement as legally binding on you and/or any third party you allow to use or enable WebPrez videos on your behalf, such as your web developer or your marketing service.
In exchange for your monthly subscription fee, WebPrez grants you a limited, non-transferable, revocable license to publish our videos on ONE website that is NOT replicated for any other agents or advisors, and to use our videos within any sales system or marketing application you personally operate, such as a Customer Relationship Manager (CRM), lead generation tool, online advertising platform (e.g., Google Ads), or email marketing platform (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot).
This license is personal to you and does not include the right to download, screen-record, or retain any permanent local copy of any video file, in whole or in part.
IMPORTANT: This license does NOT give you the right to share, sell, sublicense, or distribute the videos in any manner, or to enable use of the videos by anyone except you.
Your payment card will automatically be charged a monthly renewal fee (in advance) on the same day each month. This fee is non-refundable because you may cancel your account and terminate your auto-renewal at any time.
IMPORTANT: You can NOT cancel your account by phone, chat, email, or text. You can only cancel your account by signing in to your WebPrez dashboard and following the above instructions.
Upon termination or cancellation for any reason, your license to access and use WebPrez Content immediately ends. Your obligations under the Copyrights & Ownership, Technical Protection Measures, and Enforcement sections below survive termination — you may not retain, use, or distribute any Content after your account is closed.
If for any reason your monthly payment cannot be processed, you will be notified by email three times to update your payment information through your video dashboard. If you do not update your payment information within six (6) days, your videos will be disabled until your payment can be processed and your account is reactivated.
All WebPrez videos, scripts, digital files, source code, graphics, and related materials (the "Content") are the exclusive property of WebPrez and are protected under United States and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property law. No ownership rights are transferred to you under this Agreement. All rights not expressly granted to you in the License section above are reserved by WebPrez.
You agree that you will NOT duplicate, copy, download, screen-record, modify, manipulate, transfer, reverse engineer, circumvent any technical protection measure applied to, or redistribute any WebPrez video, script, digital file, or source code, in whole or in part, by any method, for any purpose, under any circumstance.
WebPrez videos are delivered using encrypted streaming technology and other technical measures designed to prevent unauthorized copying or downloading. Any attempt to bypass, disable, or circumvent these measures — including through the use of screen-recording software, stream-ripping tools, browser extensions, or any other device or software designed to capture, copy, or download streamed video — is a direct violation of this Agreement and of federal law, including the anti-circumvention provisions of the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. § 1201).
Unauthorized use, copying, or distribution of WebPrez Content is federal copyright infringement, and WebPrez treats it accordingly. Infringement can expose the infringing party to civil liability of up to $150,000 per work for willful infringement under 17 U.S.C. § 504, in addition to WebPrez's actual damages and any profits attributable to the infringement. In cases of willful infringement for commercial advantage, criminal penalties may also apply under 17 U.S.C. § 506.
WebPrez actively monitors for unauthorized use of its Content and will pursue all available remedies against any individual or entity — including subscribers, former subscribers, and any third party not a party to this Agreement — found to be duplicating, downloading, or redistributing WebPrez Content without authorization. These remedies include, without limitation: immediate termination of your subscription without refund, injunctive relief, recovery of statutory or actual damages, and recovery of WebPrez's attorneys' fees and costs incurred in enforcement.
WebPrez cannot guarantee that our videos will never be temporarily disrupted due to technical problems beyond our control or responsibility.

Warranty

WebPrez is not qualified to provide tax or legal advice. Any tax or legal references made within our videos should be verified by a qualified tax or legal professional.Liability
WebPrez reserves the right to correct any errors or inaccuracies contained in the videos, in a timely and responsible manner, and without liability of any kind.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold WebPrez harmless from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, judgments, or expenses in any way related to your use of our videos, including without limitation any claims arising from your breach of the Copyrights & Ownership or Technical Protection Measures sections of this Agreement, or from any unauthorized duplication, downloading, or distribution of Content by you or by any third party you allowed to access or use the videos on your behalf.
